Contents in www.weightlossforever.ca are divided into two main part: Front end (Public Weight Loss Forever) and Back end (My Weight Loss Forever). Public Weight Loss Forever pages are displaying educational, informational and entertainment resources for public website visitors. Public Weight Loss Forever pages include all pages in main menu except “My Account”. My Weight Loss Forever are used for Weight Loss Forever members ( patients, facilitators, doctors and administrators )for getting more specific services, site management and private communication.

Social support is critical to successful weight loss and weight loss maintenance. At Weight Loss Forever we recognize the importance of social support and encourage patients to seek the convenient, 24/7 positive feedback they have access to through www.weightlossforever.ca. Positive feedback includes the sharing of weight loss goals attained, words of encouragement for those who are struggling, posting of tasteful “before” and “after” photos, and discussion of helpful tips that lead to successful weight loss.

As an added benefit, Weight Loss Forever registered users especially the patients also have access to certain pages of the Weight Loss Forever Support Team through private messaging or pages such as “My Surgery Journey”, “Blog” or “My Facilitators.” General questions about nutrition, fitness or fill adjustments can be posted in “My Surgery Journey” for the appropriate Weight Loss Forever expert to respond and for all users to educate themselves.

All discussion topics/comments will be monitored for offensive language, derogatory statements, or images that are not supportive of the positive attitude that is necessary for successful weight loss or weight loss maintenance. Weight Loss Forever reserves the right to delete or move any comments or images that are not in line with the site’s main objective. Users who do not comply with the stipulations in this Code of Conduct will also be removed.

Weight Loss Forever is not responsible for any discussions posted by members under any of the Groups and do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness of any message.

With the safety and well-being of our patients in mind, Weight Loss Forever would like to discourage all registered users from discussing others’ medical issues online. You could talk about yourself but keep confidentiality of others.

Medical issues such as post-operative pain, medication, symptoms related to fill adjustments, or port complications are best addressed by speaking directly with medical professionals either at the Weight Loss Forever Limarp Clinic or at a more local healthcare provider. We strongly recommend that children between the ages of 3 and 18 ask for their parent's or guardian's permission before viewing our Website.
